Maine Lobster Tour
Everyone who visits Maine MUST go on a lobster tour! We chose the Rugosa Lobster Tour in Kennebunk and had a wonderful time!
They demonstrated how the traps work, taught us how to band and measure the lobsters, and explained the rules and regulations regarding which lobsters fisherman can keep vs. release.
One of the highlights of the experience was seeing a female lobster with eggs!
Not only was the tour extremely informative, but they also let us be a part of the action, which was really fun! Everyone got the chance to band and measure the lobsters, and then we also got to throw them back in at the end!
